Board game sunday is all about having fun with family and friends. Encourage your saints to bring their favorite boardgame (church appropriate), their favorite boardgame snacks, and stick around after service to have fun in a family boardgame social!
You can carry this fun theme into your main service too by utilizing some DIY set decor such as large chess pieces, and other things. Your pastor could do a tie in with his message, and your ministry teams could accomodate a fun ice breaker game that follows the theme as a way of adding some excitement to your Sunday.
